The relevant resolution was adopted today at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.

The new rules apply to people under 25 who are in the TOT or who have traveled abroad from the TOT or areas of active hostilities.

Citizens will be enrolled in Ukrainian colleges after they register for the military (until the end of martial law).

The reason we need to make these changes is that some people are unable to come to the Territorial Recruitment Center to register for military service.

The Ministry of Reintegration team met with the General Staff, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Migration Service, and the Ministry of Education to discuss the draft resolution. Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk also discussed it at the Coordination Center for the De-occupied Territories meetings.
