The initiative was presented at a meeting on veterans’ policy, chaired by Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk.
The project started in March. Serhiy Lysak, head of the Dnipro Regional Military District Administration, initiated it.
The idea is to make people more tolerant of veterans after they return to civilian life.
The project shows that overcoming all challenges and proving that life goes on is possible.
The project’s ambassadors are soldiers who have experienced combat and sustained injuries. Despite this, they have succeeded in their careers, sports, and creativity.
Veterans help other soldiers reintegrate into civilian life.
The initiative is currently being implemented in the Dnipro region. During the discussion, Iryna Vereshchuk proposed extending this social and educational project to other areas.
