This is the number of people who got help from humanitarian groups during the fall and winter.

The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Ukraine (OCHA Ukraine) reported this.

From October last year to March this year, over 950,000 Ukrainians got help in the form of money or fuel. 470,000 people got blankets, sleeping bags, or other equipment; another 310,000 got warm clothes.

Heaters and heating products were delivered to 140,000 people in need. Heating systems were repaired for more than 410,000 people.

The company helped 12,000 Ukrainians pay rent and made repairs in IDP temporary residences, improving living conditions for almost 7,000 IDPs.

The Ministry of Reintegration is also preparing for the autumn and winter in frontline regions. It coordinates the supply of solid fuel to these areas. It works with international humanitarian response operators and donors.
