Heorhii Moskovets is an IDP from Tokmak. When the invasion began, he left his home and moved to Uzhhorod.

He had the idea to open a bookstore and coffee shop. It was a special place where visitors could read, drink coffee, and spend time.

The man found a place and started filling it. Paperova was born—a bookstore and coffee shop that became a popular meeting place in Uzhhorod.

It’s a place to read and a platform for artists to show their work. The institution supports artists by providing exhibition space.

The bookstore-café has over 1,500 Ukrainian books in different genres.

He plans to attract new creative people to develop the city’s culture.
