The man called on the employees of public utilities to cooperate with the occupation authorities. He also replaced the state symbols of Ukraine with those of russia in the village.

In August 2022, the accused took over as the leader of Muzykivka. At that time, the village was occupied by russians.
In September 2022, the accused, as a member of the “election commission,” encouraged residents of Zahorianivka and Skhidne to vote for russia to take over the occupied territories.
Right now, he’s facing an indictment in court for collaboration (Part 5 of Article 111-1 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code). He could get 5 to 10 years in prison.
