Many Ukrainians have left the temporarily occupied territories. The occupation authorities demand that they return, threatening to take their homes.

People who move into illegally confiscated Ukrainian housing will be held criminally liable and may be put on the international wanted list. They will also have to pay damages to the rightful owners
