A meeting on veterans’ policy chaired by Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk discussed scaling up such initiatives.

It was highlighted by the participants that 952 Centers for Administrative Services are currently operating as a “one-stop shop” for veterans.

The majority of them are located in the Dnipro, Rivne, Zakarpattia, Poltava, and Chernivtsi regions. The Veteran Administrative Service and I Am a Veteran projects are successfully operating in these areas.

Furthermore, the potential for expanding the use of mobile suitcases throughout Ukraine was explored. These are mobile offices that facilitate the delivery of public services in a mobile setting.

The implementation of these initiatives has enabled veterans and their families to access the requisite administrative services promptly and efficiently.

The Vice Prime Minister said that it is important to provide these services throughout Ukraine. This will help veterans and their families get the services they need.
