The Poltava Regional Military Administration (RMA) website notes that the initiative will assist women affected by the war.

The hub was inaugurated as part of Ukraine’s Place of Hope project, which is being implemented with the support of UN Women in Ukraine and the UN Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund.

The project’s initiators aim to provide women with the support and income stability they need to navigate psychological, social, and cultural adaptation, training, and employment.

The hub will also assist internally displaced persons in launching their businesses, with a particular focus on the agriculture and food industry.
