Mobile administrative services are provided through trucks and compact suitcases.
Mobile offices have the right equipment. The vehicles have ramps for people with limited mobility.
The Mobile Administrator service provides free on-site service at the applicant’s place of registration or residence.
The service is for combatants, people with disabilities, large families, people 75 and over, and family members of fallen Ukrainian defenders, missing and captured servicemen.
Tour schedules are on the city council website and the Visa Center portal.
The “Visa Mobile” project in Kryvyi Rih started in 2017 when the city council decided to get involved. Since then, the service has helped almost 29 thousand people with administrative needs.
The Vice Prime Minister pointed out that mobile administrative services are a really useful tool in wartime.
“Mobile services are a great solution for veterans and their families. This practice should be expanded to other regions,” Iryna Vereshchuk said.
