This policy applies to internally displaced persons who were registered before February 24, 2022.
The matter was addressed at a meeting presided over by Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk.
You can confirm your identity online or offline. This is to make sure the person who gets the money is who they say they are.
You can pass the ID any convenient way:
- Visit a JSC Oschadbank or PFU branch in person.
- Log in to the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s web portal with your qualified electronic signature.
This is convenient for those who can’t visit banks or the Pension Fund, are in a conflict zone, or prefer online tools.
- You can submit an application on the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s web portal or through the Contact Center by calling 0800 503 753, (044) 281-08-70, or (044) 281-08-71.
- If you live abroad, get a certificate from a Ukrainian diplomatic mission and submit it to the Pension Fund where you are registered. You can submit it online or by mail
