It has been determined that these professionals will receive a supplement for the unique nature of their work, up to a maximum of 50% of their base salary for the actual time worked.

The government meeting today resulted in the adoption of a resolution regarding remuneration for specialists supporting war veterans and demobilized persons.

The document proposes amending Section XLIII, “Social and Rehabilitation Services,” of Annex 2 to Resolution No. 1298 of August 30, 2002, to include a new position: “Specialist in Support of War Veterans and Demobilized Persons.”

The precise amount of the allowance for such employees will be determined by the head of the relevant institution, facility, or organization. This will depend on several factors, including the workload, timeliness, and quality of services provided, as well as the absence of complaints.

The Ministry of Economy created the draft resolution. Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk led meetings on veteran policy to discuss it.

The act will create legal grounds for determining the pay of specialists who support war veterans and demobilized persons.
