The results of the thirteenth wave of the “Grant for Your Own Business” program, conducted in 2024, have been released. 37 veterans and their spouses have been recognized as winners and will receive grants totaling UAH 18.5 million. The Government portal reports.

 Twenty-three combatants and fourteen family members of veterans won:

– 24 winners received grants up to UAH 500 thousand.

– 8 – up to UAH 250,000.

– 5 – up to 1 million.

Most grantees are from Rivne, Sumy, Vinnytsia, Kyiv, and Ivano-Frankivsk.

The most popular areas in which grantees plan to develop their businesses are wholesale and retail trade, manufacturing, temporary accommodation and food services, and agriculture.

In total, 837 veterans and family members of servicemen will receive grants since the beginning of the veterans’ component of the “Own Business” grant program (April 2023). The state will invest almost 400 million UAH in their businesses.
