Today, Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk met in Novhorod-Siverskyi with the Coordination Center for Civilian Support under the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, headed by Vyacheslav Chaus; heads of district military administrations; heads of local communities; and representatives of international organizations.

It was about providing fuel for vulnerable residents of the Chernihiv region for the 2024-2025 heating season.

They also discussed the humanitarian response and support for civilians in the fall and winter.

“Supporting the civilian population and preparing for the winter are the most important goals now. Together with international partners, we must focus on this,” the Vice Prime Minister stressed.
