The OPG will document such notifications and forward them to the pertinent authorities for pre-trial investigation.

You can submit an appeal:

– by mail: 13/15 Riznytska St., Kyiv, 01011 (lobby of the administrative building);

– by sending an electronic application;

– by calling the GPO’s hotline;

– during a personal appointment.

The appeal must include the following information:

1. The surname, name, and patronymic of the citizen.
2. Contact information.
3. A clear and concise statement of the issue raised.

Furthermore, should you be aware of the facts about the nationalization of property by the occupation authorities, the illegal settlement of unauthorized persons in the housing of Ukrainians in the TOT, or persons involved in such actions, you are encouraged to report this information to other law enforcement agencies of Ukraine or the hotline of the Ministry of Reintegration, 1548.
