Shelling hit the town of Kostyantynivka and a supermarket with people inside. This was reported by Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk RMA.

The post office was attacked. Ten people were killed and at least 35 wounded. Police, rescuers, medics, and other services are at the scene. The consequences of the shelling are being established.
