The illegal occupation authorities in the TOT have issued a threat to confiscate property from Ukrainians who have outstanding utility bills but do not possess a russian passport.

The russians are attempting to accelerate the process of forced passportization, as the majority of Ukrainians have declined to accept russian documents.

If the apartment is owned by multiple parties, and at least one of them does not possess a russian passport, they are threatened with the confiscation of their share in favor of the state.

The Ministry of Reintegration says that forced passportization is against international law.

A russian passport on the TOT is only allowed if you are trying to travel to Ukraine or another country using this document.
