The Government Portal says they’re based at local universities.

The centers will provide psychological, social, and legal assistance. They’ll help veterans, their families, and families of fallen defenders adjust to their new roles. They’ll work with each person on a one-to-one basis.

They’ll also be training specialists to support veterans.

Altogether, there are already 19 Veteran Development Centers in Ukraine. They were set up as part of the National Strategy for Creating a Barrier-Free Space, which was launched at the initiative of Olena Zelenska.
