Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk presided over an expanded meeting of the IDP Council at the Kirovohrad Regional State Administration today in Kropyvnytskyi.

Representatives of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, the regional IDP Council, and local IDP Councils attended the meeting. Representatives of Stabilization Support Services, the Ednannia humanitarian hub, and other relevant parties were also in attendance.

The meeting agenda included a review of the IDP Councils of the Kirovohrad region’s recent activities and outcomes.

Furthermore, the participants addressed the challenges faced by IDPs in integrating into the communities of the Kirovohrad region.

“IDP councils protect the rights of displaced persons. They work with state, local, and charitable groups to support IDPs,” the Vice Prime Minister said.
