UNICEF is providing winterization assistance to over 33,000 families in frontline areas

In preparation for the winter period of 2024/2025, our organization plans to provide in-kind assistance, including fuel briquettes, hygiene kits for children under 15, and blankets. Financial support will be made available for those in need.

It is planned to cover 60,000 vulnerable people, including 15,500 children, in the following communities in six frontline regions:

Sumy region: Bilopil, Khotyn, Miropil, Krasnopil, Znob-Novgorod, Druzhbiv, Yampil, Hlukhiv, Svesa, Esman, Novosloboda, Yunakiv, Vorozhbiansk, Shalygino, Putivl communities.

Kharkiv region: Bohodukhivska, Borivska, Dergachivska, Kindrashivska, Kupianska, Kurylivska, Malodanylivska, Oskilska, Starosaltivska, Tsirkunivska, Velykoburlutska, Vilkhivska, Vilkhuvatska, Vovchanska, Zolochivska communities.

Donetsk region: Pokrovsk, Myrnohrad, Kostiantynivka, Sviatohirsk, Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, Druzhkivka, Kurakhivka, Novohrodivka, Mykolaivka communities.

Dnipropetrovsk region: Marhanets and Nikopol communities.

Zaporizhzhia region: Komyshuvaske and Mykilske communities.

Kherson region: Novovorontsov and Kherson communities.
