Russia’s missile strikes have caused partial destruction to one of the buildings of the Institute of Communications, resulting in individuals being trapped beneath the rubble. This information was conveyed by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

To date, 47 fatalities and 206 injuries have been reported.

Twenty-five individuals have already been rescued, with 11 having been extricated from the rubble.

Rescue efforts are ongoing, and the full extent of the damage caused by the shelling is still being determined.
