Furthermore, over the past month, the Ministry of Reintegration call center team has handled over 3,000 calls to the Commissioner for IDPs’ hotline.
People often called the Ministry of Reintegration hotline with questions about aid for IDPs, financial assistance, humanitarian aid, evacuation, and compensation for homeowners who sheltered IDPs.
In August, the NIB hotline got about 9,000 calls.
