The UNHCR in Ukraine is implementing a cash assistance program for internally displaced persons and other categories of individuals affected by the war.

Emergency financial help

Emergency financial support helps families who had to leave their homes or whose homes were damaged.

Help with repairs

This program helps people whose homes were destroyed by russian shelling. It provides money to repair homes and return people to their homes.

Multipurpose Cash Assistance

For many IDPs or other individuals affected by war, UNHCR’s multipurpose cash assistance offers flexibility in meeting their needs. From food and clothing to rent and healthcare costs, it empowers them to prioritize and allocate resources based on their specific circumstances.
