The State Agency for Youth and Housing has selected an additional 800 families who will be eligible to receive loans under the Ukrainian-German program, “Housing for Internally Displaced Persons.”
The project is being implemented by the Ministry of Reintegration and the State Agency for Youth and Sports with financial support from the German Government through the KfW.
Selected candidates can buy a house with a 3% interest rate and a 6% down payment. Loans are for up to 30 years.
The selection process was broadcast on the Fund’s YouTube channel. Representatives from the Ministry of Reintegration, the State Agency for Youth and Housing, and the Implementation Consultant monitored it.
The winners were selected via random sampling using software. The list of families who were able to purchase housing under the program is available for review here.
Terms, conditions, and other documents are available here.
