The state budget provides funds for these payments to support farmers. The application process started on the State Agrarian Register website.

The funds go to agricultural producers who, as of the application date, do business in the territories on the Ministry of Reintegration’s list from December 22, 2022.

This refers to territories where the end of hostilities is unclear.

– active hostilities involving state electronic information resources.

Funds are provided per hectare of cultivated land planted with crops for the current harvest.

– UAH 1,000 for possible hostilities.

– UAH 2,000 for active hostilities and active hostilities where state electronic information resources are available.

Applications are accepted until 6:00 p.m. on September 25, 2024.
