A center for the search for persons missing under special circumstances has been established at the Main Department of the National Police in Kyiv, as announced on the Kyiv police Facebook page.
The center is staffed by representatives from various police units, including investigative, operational, and other specialized teams.
The center will accept applications, take DNA samples from biological relatives of missing persons, and collect and analyze information for further investigation.
