Evgeniya Zhigulina is an IDP from Donetsk. She was engaged in grooming, which became her favorite business. In 2014, she was forced to leave her hometown because of the outbreak of hostilities.

She moved to Odesa and kept her business going. In 2023, she opened her grooming salon.

She applied for a grant and used the money to rent a room and buy equipment.

Business grew quickly. More clients came after the salon’s social media ads.

Grooming is about more than just appearance. It’s also about animal health.

“If you have a dream, go for it!” Yevheniia said.
