This equipment will keep the power on for humanitarian hubs and other institutions that have been moved from Luhansk Oblast to other parts of Ukraine.

Luhansk Regional Military Administration Telegram channel reports this.

These centers provide a range of services for internally displaced persons, including medical, social, legal, administrative, and other assistance. In the event of a prolonged power outage, these facilities will continue to operate and provide support to Luhansk residents.

Following the de-occupation of the Luhansk region, the equipment will be repurposed as a backup power source for critical infrastructure facilities in the region.

The assistance was provided in collaboration with the Ministry of Reintegration, the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, the Dialogue of Communities Charitable Foundation, and the European Union Civil Protection Mechanism.
