This refers to individuals who were internally displaced and registered before 24 February 2022.

To confirm that the intended recipient of the payment is who they say they are, we require proof of identification.

There are several ways to verify your identity.

– at the Oschadbank.

– at the Pension Fund of Ukraine offices.

– via video call with the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

– through a personal account on the Pension Fund’s website.

– get a certificate from a foreign diplomatic mission proving the person is alive. Then submit it to the Pension Fund authority where the pensioner is registered.

The Pension Fund and other agencies exchange electronic documents. This allows the Pension Fund service centers to accept an e-passport (ID card) for personal identification.
