The National Information Bureau (NIB) is still accepting information about prisoners of war in temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories. It is also accepting reports of individuals, including children, who have been deported or forcibly displaced due to the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine.

In September 2024:

• The NIB hotline received over 9,000 calls.

• Over 4,200 requests were sent to [email protected] by email.

• Over 1,300 letters were sent by post.

• 1,300 appeals were submitted online.

• Over 750 appeals were received via the bureau’s chatbots Telegram and Viber.
