At today’s meeting, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a corresponding decree. This provides for the transfer of 28 modular gas boiler houses from state ownership to the communal ownership of the territorial communities of Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Kremenchuk city.

The draft act was developed by the Ministry of Economy in collaboration with the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development. This matter was addressed at meetings on humanitarian response in the frontline regions, organized by the Ministry of Reintegration.

The transfer of boiler houses to community ownership will provide alternative sources of heat production, ensuring uninterrupted utility services to residents of Dnipro, Kharkiv, and Kremenchuk during the upcoming heating season.
