The 1548 crisis hotline received over 13,000 calls and responded to almost 8,000 messages.

The Ministry of Reintegration’s call center handled over 3,500 calls to the Commissioner’s hotline for IDPs in the past month.

People most often call the Ministry of Reintegration’s hotlines to ask about state aid for IDPs, help buying solid fuel for people in need, assistance from international organizations, and legal, humanitarian, and social aid.

In September, the NIB hotline got over 9,000 calls.
