The government has updated the rules for IDPs and their families buying apartments or houses. They can now buy housing up to 10 years old. Before, the limit was 3 years.

The new eOselya rules also let military, law enforcement, doctors, teachers, scientists, veterans, and their families in five regions buy houses up to 10 years old.

The government approved the eOselya affordable mortgage program on 4 October. It will be available 30 days after publication. Housing rules for IDPs will come into force on 18 December.
