The Kharkiv Regional State Administration has announced that residents of the Vovchansk city territorial community can now receive food and hygiene kits.

To get them, fill out this Google form. You will get a text with the date, time, and place. Bring the originals:

– passport

– ID code

– birth certificates for children.

– a document from the Vovchansk City Military Administration confirming you live in the community.

– IDP or evacuee certificates for each family member.

The Humanitarian Hub offers psychological, social, and legal counseling, including compensation under the eRecovery program.
