In 2024, Ukrainians got 7113 loans worth more than UAH 12 billion through the eOselya affordable mortgage program.
Over 70% of these loans were for buying houses on the secondary market—5,012 houses. 1,606 apartments (22.6%) were bought from developers, including 495 (7%) under construction.
The program has already provided housing loans to 13,438 families worth more than UAH 21.6 billion.
The eOselya program started in October 2022. It offers affordable mortgages at 3% for career military personnel, law enforcement officers, doctors, and scientists. Later, the terms were expanded to include all Ukrainians who needed to improve their living conditions and could take out a loan at 7%.
