The decision to evacuate certain settlements in the Kupiansk and Izium districts was made during a meeting of the Kharkiv Regional Defense Council. The Kharkiv Regional Military Administration reports.

The evacuation of civilians from the Kupyansk district, including the city of Kupyansk, is being stepped up. From September 9 to October 14, 234 children and their families were evacuated, and 35 more children still waiting to leave.

The Borivska territorial community of Izyum district is evacuating families with children. 119 children are leaving the village of Borova.

Evacuation from dangerous areas is free. Call the toll-free 24-hour hotline of the Kharkiv Regional Civil Defense Administration at 0800 339 291 to evacuate.
