Ukraine has a special mortgage program for people who have been forced to leave their homes. Under the program, families can buy a house with the lowest interest rate in Ukraine—3% per year. Loans are for up to 30 years with a down payment of 6% of the cost of the house.

The Ministry of Reintegration and the State Agency for Housing and Urban Development are implementing the project with German government support.
