1994 – 1999 – Lviv Polytechnic State University, specializing in military journalism;
2011 – National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, specialty “Public Administration”, Master of Public Administration;
2021 – Higher Educational Institution “Interregional Academy of Personnel Management”, specialty “Law”, Master’s degree.
Work Experience:
In 1994-1999, he was a cadet of the Military Training Department at Lviv Polytechnic State University, Lviv.
In 1999-2005 – correspondent and organizer of the department of social and political problems of the newspaper “Northern Military News” of the Northern Military Command, Chernihiv.
January-November 2004 – officer of the editorial and publishing group of the military unit A-3023, (6th separate mechanized brigade) Western Military District, Al-Kut, Republic of Iraq.
In 2005-2007 – Senior Officer of the Press Center of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Kyiv.
In 2007-2015 – Head of the Information Group of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Lviv.
From June 2013 to April 2014 – Assistant Commander of the unit (media relations) of the 18th separate helicopter unit of the Ukrainian national contingent of the UN Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Goma.
