The call center team at the Ministry of Reintegration works around the clock to help Ukrainians evacuate from hot spots

Since the beginning of the war, on the instructions of Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk, the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories has launched a round-the-clock call center on the basis of the Crisis Hotline to coordinate efforts to provide assistance to citizens.

For more than a month now, our employees of the Ministry have been on duty at the Hotline daily and have been processing more than 400 calls a day, helping and coordinating citizens.

The main problems with which people address to the call center of the Ministry of Reintegration on crisis issues are:

assistance in passing through green corridors and receiving humanitarian aid;

personal assistance to citizens who cannot leave the occupied territories of Ukraine on their own;

assistance to citizens in obtaining the status of internally displaced persons (IDPs) during martial law;

explanations on crossing the state border and obtaining refugee status in hosting countries;

clarification of payments and compensations for internally displaced persons during martial law.

Our employees provide professional answers to all these questions and more, and try to help every Ukrainian, because each situation is individual and has a different degree of complexity.

All calls are recorded, processed and summarized. The information is then passed on to the relevant authorities to coordinate efforts between the SES, the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, local executive authorities, and military-civilian administrations on demining and civilian evacuation.

We are reminding you once again that citizens can call the Crisis Hotline at 1548

We care about everyone and bring the country closer to victory every day!
