The Canadian delegation announced during a meeting of national security and foreign policy advisors in Malta. Many nations involved in the occasion gave their approval, according to the President of Ukraine’s official website.  

The plan to form a worldwide alliance is part of President Zelensky’s strategy to execute the Peace Formula. Especially concerning the return of deported children, and the release of civilian hostages and prisoners of war.

​​This project will continue President Zelensky’s plan to Bring Kids Back to Ukraine. The aim is to bring kids not just from russia, but also from TOT. Many kids in the area don’t have parents or guardians because they’ve died or are away.

Canada is helping coordinate the fourth point of the Ukrainian President’s Peace Formula, the “Return of prisoners of war and deportees”. He also leads the UN Group of Friends for Children and Armed Conflict. This network of states provides assistance and advocacy to protect children from war.
