Ministry of Economy

The Ministry of Economy is working to simplify the conditions for doing business in the de-occupied territories. In particular, grant programs for entrepreneurs and affordable loan programs are being improved.

A special working group will develop an economic recovery policy for the DOT. They will also prepare mechanisms to assist regions affected by the war. The donors will also get involved in economic recovery to speed it up.

Ministry of Social Policy

The Ministry of Social Policy has created a decision regarding the establishment of a staff backup for the DOT. The decision is currently being reviewed for approval.

In addition, we have already made a plan to improve social protection at the DOT, and it has been agreed upon with representatives from regional military administrations.

Ministry of Health

The Health Ministry is creating a plan to return the Ukrainian health care system to the liberated territories. The plan includes different methods for reestablishing healthcare for territories that were taken over in 2014 and 2022.

The project is currently undergoing internal Ministry approval.

Ministry of Education and Science

The Ministry of Education and Science is also actively developing a concept for the resumption of education in the DOT. All departments have given their suggestions, and they are currently working on the first draft of the document.
