A meeting of the Coordination Center for Civilian Assistance under the Khmelnytsky Regional Military Administration was held for the first time in the Kamianets district. Volodymyr Yuriev, deputy head of the Khmelnytsky Regional Military Administration, posted this on his Facebook page.

The heads of 15 territorial communities of Kamianets-Podilskyi district took part in the discussion.

The meeting began with a summary of the work of the Coordination Center in 2023. In particular, the meeting participants reported on the state of organization of work with veterans and their families at the Veterans Center.

They also outlined the role of communities in implementing a pilot project for vocational training for combatants and people with disabilities as a result of the war.

Members of the Coordination Center were also informed:

– Suitability of warehouses for storage of a reserve of construction materials for restoration of facilities destroyed as a result of military aggression of the russian federation;

– The status of staffing the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support with social work specialists and their training;

– The status of passport issuance by the Migration Service Units and the Center for Administrative Services;

– Monitor the accessibility of healthcare facilities and the pharmacy network for people with limited mobility.

In 2023, public organizations and charitable foundations received special attention. The report also addressed topical issues that require joint action with executive authorities and local governments.
