Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk chaired a weekly meeting on veterans’ policy.

The Ministry of Veterans presented a tool called ‘Single Window in the Administrative Service Center’ at the event. This tool provides quality administrative services to veterans and their families.

The article presented ways to integrate services for veterans into the Administrative Service Centers system. ASCs are adaptable to new challenges.

To make life easier for veterans and their families, an approach is already in place that allows them to apply to the ASC with one set of documents and the data is distributed to all necessary agencies.

In general, veterans will benefit from the creation of a “single window” at the ASC:

– formation of a single base of services for war veterans;

– maximum awareness of their opportunities;

– creation of convenient, high-quality, and accessible conditions for receiving administrative services;

– implementing an integrated approach – receiving a range of administrative services in one place from one or more service providers.
