The Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories continues to receive appeals from residents of territorial communities where access to state registers is temporarily blocked.

In particular, residents of Nikopol, Marhanets, Ochakiv and other settlements that are currently limited in access to administrative and notarial services are applying.

The reason is that the territories of their settlements have the status of territories where active hostilities are taking place.

The blocked registers will be restored and all spheres of life in these communities will be fully functional if the status in the territory of possible hostilities is changed. At the same time, payments to IDPs will remain.

The Ministry of Reintegration notes that the Government is currently doing a lot for the economic revival of such territories. In particular, the Ministry of Reintegration has initiated changes to the CMU resolutions on the use of funds to provide grants (microgrants) and loans to residents of the areas of possible hostilities under the state programs eRobota, Affordable Loans 5-7-9% and others.

This means that residents of communities in the area of possible hostilities will be able to receive grants and loans for business development. This will contribute to the restoration of settlements, employment, and local budget revenues. The Ministry of Reintegration supports the initiatives of communities to change their status wherever the security situation allows.

Proposals to the List are submitted by regional and Kyiv city military administrations. Communities themselves can apply to local authorities with such an initiative. The Ministry of Defense approves or rejects the proposal. At the final stage, the Ministry of Reintegration approves the updated List.

The Ministry of Reintegration also advises communities to take the initiative and contact their local authorities. Our cities and villages must be restored. Each settlement where the spheres of life begin to function fully and people can receive public services is a significant step towards victory.
