In Ukraine, social services can be accessed through digital services, the Ministry of Social Policy informs. Especially useful for those Ukrainians who were forced to leave their homes and move to safe regions of the country because of the war.

 

So, we remind you what services you can get online:

 

• Obtain IDP status and apply for financial assistance for living expenses.

 

You can apply for a status remotely in the app and on the Diia portal.  The service also provides an opportunity to change the address of the IDP’s actual address or cancel the IDP status.

• Get a pension

You can do this on the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

 

• Get a subsidy

You can apply for a subsidy online on the website of the Ministry of Social Policy in the section “E-Services” (instructions), on the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (instructions), and on the Diia portal.

 

• Appointment of social assistance at birth

One of the parents or guardians with whom the child permanently resides can apply online using the “Childbirth Assistance” section.

 

• Child’s birth certificate

You can register the fact of a child’s birth online using the yeMalyatko service.  The service also allows you to order some other state services necessary for your child.  To receive the services, you will need the number of a medical certificate or a court decision establishing the fact of the child’s birth.
