Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk said this while speaking to ICTV. According to her, the training process is now taking a concrete shape.

In particular, a meeting was recently held with the leadership of the Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts to discuss priority steps to stabilize and reintegrate these regions after their de-occupation.

In addition, the National Security and Defense Council is working to update the strategy for Crimea’s reintegration. In this year’s third – fourth quarter, the National Security and Defense Council will submit this document for discussion and further voting.

“I emphasize this because you know that we have territories that have been under temporary occupation for more than 9 years. And the talent pool that will work there needs to be properly trained,” the official said.

She added that the National Agency for Public Service is already accepting applications from anyone: you can register on the website and create an electronic cabinet. Together we will be a reserve of personnel for work in the de-occupied territories.

“You can retrain if you need to. To train a reserve of personnel for reintegration, our universities have already introduced unique master’s programs. Our universities have already introduced unique master’s programs to train a reserve of personnel for reintegration. There are also programs at other universities. They will also help to retrain and occupy the niche that the candidates consider most necessary,” summarized the Vice Prime Minister.
