The Order of the Ministry of Reintegration and the Ministry of Interior from 15.06.2023 ¹ 181/498 approved the procedure of electronic information interaction between these ministries and central executive authorities, whose activities are coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers through the Minister of Interior.

This refers to the exchange of information between the Office of the Commissioner for Missing Persons in Special Circumstances, which operates under the Ministry of Reintegration, the Ministry of the Interior, the State Migration Service, the National Police, the State Border Guard Service, and the State Emergency Service. In particular, the data from the Unified Register of Missing Persons in Special Circumstances is managed by the Ministry of the Interior.

According to this procedure, electronic information interaction is carried out using the national Trembita system or the central subsystem of the unified information system of the Ministry of Interior or other secure information and communication systems.

To protect the information, we use means that have a certificate of conformity or a positive expert opinion based on the results of a state examination in technical and/or cryptographic information protection.
