To hasten the recovery from the aftermath of russian aggression, Italy will support the rebuilding of Odesa city and its region.

 It was announced during a meeting between Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal and Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy Antonio Tajani.

During the meeting, the groups talked about rebuilding Odesa area and the operations of Confindustria Italia’s Representative Office for Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in Ukraine.

Also, the Italian Export Insurance Agency (SACE) is ready to provide financial guarantees to Italian companies that will be involved in the process of reconstruction of Odesa region.

The Ukrainian side thanked Italy and the Italian government for their continued support through military efforts, aid, and sanctions in the fight against russia.
