Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk expressed this conviction during a single news marathon on ICTV. She provided an example of President Zelensky’s international work.

“The President has multiple priorities, one of which is to secure weapons for defense against the aggressor. He is fully committed to achieving this goal. Additionally, there is an initiative aimed at repatriating Ukrainian children and holding those responsible for their deportation accountable,” stated the official.

To carry out one of the President’s peace plan objectives, the UA Project “Bring Kids Back” was initiated. This is a plan of action for the Ukrainian government and other states, as well as international and non-governmental organizations. Anyone can participate in its execution.

The Vice Prime Minister says many foreign partners have agreed to help. Countries like Qatar, the Vatican, Turkey, the EU countries, and others are working on ways to return as many children as possible to Ukraine.

“We take part in the efforts of the Coordination Council on Child Protection and Safety, overseen by Andriy Yermak, the Head of the Presidential Office. We meet every Friday at the Coordination Headquarters for the Protection of Children’s Rights under Martial Law. We’re teaming up with international partners to find ways to bring our kids back as soon as possible,” said the official.
