Iryna Vereshchuk, Vice Prime Minister, chaired the event. Representatives from various ministries, including Reintegration, Social Policy, Infrastructure, Energy, Justice, Environment, Culture, and Information Policy, as well as the State Bureau of Investigation, participated in the event.
The participants reported on the work that has already been done in this area. The Vice Prime Minister instructed them to determine the next steps and deadlines for implementation.
She specifically noted that creating a reserve of employees in law enforcement, social services, housing, energy, and legal fields to work in the de-occupied territories will take time and effort. All performers must strictly adhere to the time limits to ensure the process continues dynamically.
Iryna Vereshchuk believes that after the liberation of our territories, these areas will be just as crucial as defense, healthcare, and education. Therefore, each agency should develop its strategy for creating a personnel reserve, and the necessary conditions for its implementation should be prepared.
“We are talking about clear calculations of needs, preparation of draft regulations, etc. After the territories are liberated, state power must be immediately restored, and the population taken care of,” the Vice Prime Minister summarized.
