Customers will be able to receive banking services during air raids. The possibility is currently under analysis and evaluation.

During a meeting of the Coordination Headquarters for the De-occupied Territories chaired by Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk, representatives from PrivatBank, and the Donetsk Regional Military Administration expressed their willingness to participate in the process.

PrivatBank’s Eastern Regional Office now has 98 ATMs and additional self-service terminals.

Customers can easily replenish their card or mobile phone, pay for services, sell foreign currency, repay a loan, check their balance, and perform other transactions without assistance.

In addition, customers can use the necessary services in the mobile application at any time.

PrivatBank is considering creating mobile branches using armored vehicles equipped with special technology. This will provide banking services to residents in frontline regions. The goal is to make banking more accessible to those in need.

“This process is necessary not only for the Donetsk region but for all frontline areas. It is important to ensure the safety of both customers and bank employees during air raids. Therefore, we must act quickly,” emphasized Iryna Vereshchuk.
